    If you have your attorney draft a NEW trust, as you said in your previous post that I referred to, then You will have to transfer all items over. If you mean NEW to be the same trust you have now, but re-written, Then that's called an amendment. Just ask the attorney if your trust is revocable...

    If you have NFA items on that trust, then every single item will need to transfer over to the newly designated trust. Yep, 200 Stamp transfer per item. All you need to do is amend who is who, and what they do. Send the updated material to WV.

    Same here, from cashed check to stamp in hand... 6.5months, would of been six, but Pickles forgot to slap The stamp on form. Two weeks added. All Done in March 2013

    Mr. Pickles came through for me..... Stamp and can in hand today! Turnaround was 2 weeks. Which actually isn't bad.... With mailing back time, weekends, and mailing back to dealer, It couldn't have been no more than 4 days in the examiners assembly Line.

    Yeah, would of been sound logic. By the time I got to dealer, it was already to go in envelope With stamp. I've heard 2 weeks on missing signatures and such, so It seems like this mishap would follow the same flow Of goof ups, yes?

    Yes, the hornady round nose 180s work well for me too. The consensus is they have more bearing surface Contact to the grooves than say a hpbt with a point Design.
