    I agree with above poster that say if your just starting out get a simple single stage press and learn the steps to reload safety. Once you develop a good procedure then step up to either a turret type or progressive depending on volume you shot. I use a Lee turret for all my pistol ammo...

    Thank you for your quick reply. Notice that the smallest lot is 500 rounds. Prices seem very good but I was wanting to try a little smaller lots, maybe a few boxes to try out. Really don't want 450 rounds left over that don't shoot in my gun ?

    Don't wait too long as you may miss the return date from amazon. I have several Athlon scopes and have been happy with all. I would send it back as soon as possible so there is no question it came that way from them.

    Rifle for the wife unit Seekins or Bergara

    Several of the guys I shoot with have the Bergara rifle. They all seem to like them and they shoot well. I agree with above posts, it really is what feels good to your wife. If you buy what you think she should have you'll be buying another one soon. Don't ask how I know this.;)

    Read this article years ago. Good basic information on how scopes work. Would help new shooters understand what is going on in there when they get to "screwing" around with their scope. ;)

    Shooting benches

    I built this one with some crap I had in the shop and for legs I used an old folding leg saw horse I had. Legs fold up inside of frame so pretty easy to transport. I glued two pieces of 3/4 plywood together for top so it's a little heavy to use in the woods but works great for the range.
