    Varget and 4064 are both great in 308. It’s gonna be which one your rifle likes best. Yes there are other powders that people will recommend but availability being what it is right now, those two are just as good as any. Do a little load work and you’ll be fine

    IMR 8133 for 300WM?

    H1000 is tough to beat for 300 win mag. I tried 8133 in my 300 Norma Mag and it was dog shit all around. Groups were bad. SD/ES were worse. Velocity was low. I have an 8 pounder so I was gonna see if I have better luck with my 300 win.

    I’ve never tried 3031 in 308, always was under the impression it was kinda hot for a mid weight 308 bullet. 4064 has always been a good shooter for me
