I used a kiosk at a LGS that let me use it free of charge, had my can shipped to another FFL in a different town. The FFL i shipped the can to had to log on to his SS account and do some paperwork on his end to link the serial number to me. SS e-mailed me paperwork to verify & sign and that was it.
I love my dead air ghost m. I've ran it on a 9mm & 380 pistol, it's very quiet. I just ordered a 300 blackout upper to run it on, can't wait to see what it sounds like on it.
Agree!! I asked what the price was gonna be on these and he said he hasn't decided on a price yet. The 2 I saw where in a glass case so I didn't get to fondle it, so have no idea what the action felt like. I will stick with my Surgeons for my bolt guns.
Bought a stealth upper a couple years ago. Quality is great and it's a shooter. Good experience over all, it did take awhile to get after ordering. Anybody check out the Larue bolt guns at SHOT this year?
Fixing to order another TBAC can, already knew I was gonna buy another but looked at all the cans i could find at SHOT, TBAC wins in every category especially weight. There are plenty of good rifle cans on the market, TBAC is just the best.
I talked to several at SHOT including PROOF. What i took away from it was the PROOF barrel will be great for a hunting gun but once the barrel is heated up after 10 or 11 rounds, it will cause the group's to open up quite a bit. I am still however looking at building a 6.5 creed hunting rifle...
I fondled these at SHOT. The guy I talked to said he thought the price point would be around $8-900 with the manners stock but wasn't 100% sure of that as he was not in sales.
