Large flat rate box of FC,WIN,R&P, & Blazer 9mm brass (5000+ cases by weight) This brass has been cleaned and polished. After polishing brass is mechanically sorted to remove all 380. After mechanical sorting brass is visually inspected and all headstamps other than FC, WIN, R&P, & Blazer...

Nosler RDF 175gr New Lot Issue?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have plenty of TAC and will give that a try. I am shooting them from an AR pattern rifle. I started with AA2520 because that is what the 77 SMK shot well with. That didn't work well (2-3 MOA 5 shot groups).

Nosler RDF 175gr New Lot Issue?

I have 2000 .224 77gr Custom Comps from SPS that I am not having great luck with. The only upside is I got them cheap enough that I can just plink them off if nothing else.

    Drop in triggers

I have the SSA-E in one of my AR's that I use primarily for target work. I have Hiperfire 24 3Gun and 24E triggers in other rifles. I prefer the SSA-E for target work. My Hiperfire triggers are just not as crisp in my examples. I do like the 24 3Gun in my 9mm carbine. It is fast and resets...

Rifle Scopes 3 MOA or 6 MOA red dot for AR pistol?

The 6 MOA dot is twice as large in diameter as the 3 MOA dot. Which is better for you will depend on you intended use and the type of sight selected.

    Rifle vice for load testing?

I don't think a sled or a vice is the answer. From the conversations I have had with bench rest shooters they seem to emphasize ensuring the rifle is recoiling on the same track every time rather than stopping the rifle from moving during recoil. I have considered adding a bench rest style...

Redding bushing for Prime brass/Hornady ELD-M???

Not to discourage you from the Redding product ( I use many Redding dies) but I really don't think the sizing die is the source of your issue. Based on your description it sounds like you may be jamming even though you do not believe that is the case. This could be due to an issue with the...

    H4350 vs IMR 4350 6.5 CREED

I also recently started loading for 6.5 Creedmoor (previously loaded 223 and 308 for many years). My research on the topic indicated the IMR4350 would be a good alternate to H4350 but was more temp sensitive. I think you would be fine to start with the powder you have. If you decide to try a...

I am using a SSA-E in one of my AR's. Very happy with that trigger.

    Confirm my pistol understanding

The advantage to the SBR is having a real stock and not having to worry about all of that other stuff. No worries about pistol brace interpretation, etc. Worth $200 IMO.

PRS Talk Suppressor or Muzzle Brake?

Per the email I have from the ATF Form 5320.20 is not required for suppressors, it is only recommended.

    Quality Vibratory Tumblers

I have both a UV-18 and a UV-45. Both have been excellent. Unless you are running large batches regularly I would not recommend getting a large tumbler as there is extra effort that comes with dealing with that much media in a single bowl. I regularly run both units overnight with no issues...

    Reloading for Glock 9mm

All you need is to start out is a regular Lee 4 die set. You should not need a U die with a factory Glock barrel. Tightgroup is a good all around powder to start with. Avoid plated bullets. They tend to not shoot well past 15 yards from factory barrels. Coated bullets do well, jacketed...

    Pmags for .308

I had to do some minor fitting to get the PMAG to work. The feed lips were too tall and a little narrow causing the bolt to drag on them. A couple of minutes with a file solved the problem.

    Dillon Progressive Press Precision Upgrades/Mods

The differences between the way a 1050 and a 650 operate that I think may make the 1050 more prone to this issue. I do like the idea of sizing with the trim die and the expanding.

Shooting Mats - Midway vs Voodoo vs ???

Same here. I really like the Cabelas mat. It has held up well against sand burrs, but on a sunny day you need a towel to put on top of the black part or you will get smoked.
