    Tried my hand this evening at pointing some .308 175 SMKs in the Whidden system. Could someone with experience critique my work? I pointed the bullet, then used a Giraud to trim the meplat ever so slightly. Photo on the left is the trimmed, photo on the right is a factory.

    Is it necessary to put a crimp on these rounds if I am loading into magazines? I am new to reloading .308 and I want to be sure what I am doing is safe, but also not affecting accuracy. Thank you

    Reloading .223 for an auto-gun - which die?

    I'm shooting a Noveske .223 from 200-600 yards. It's setup as a SPR type rifle. I want to get the most accurate rounds possible for an auto-gun. Should I go with a Redding Type S full-length die set with a taper crimp? Thanks
