    What he said. This is my usual range wear. Provides very good protection, and if someone does crank one off while your electronics are on the bench, you're still protected. While you're shopping, look at the passive NRR ratings, not just the cutoff Db rating. Auto shut-off is a nice feature...

    I'd say give it a few more days. USPS tracking is a joke, it shows "Received for Shipping" when you send it, then...... nothing...... nothing...... then updates to "Delivered" a day or so after it's actually delivered. Keep communicating. 1911fan

    Rifle Scopes Best variable scope under $1500?

    That's a huge price spread. I'm a big Vortex fan, so I'd go with them, but you should know that in optics, you get what you pay for. If you're looking at $12-1500 scopes you won't be happy with a $300 one. For my money I'd go with either Vortex, I used to be a Leupold guy but not anymore...

    Looking for ideas for 10/22 build.

    My .02: Go for a Tactical Solutions barrel. Lightweight and accurate. I learned this by building a few 10/22s with the typical steel bull barrels. Believe it or not, a long day of walk n pop rat shooting will make that thing feel heavy. 1911fan

    I don't think a subsonic .22 is a humane way to kill animals that size. If your neighbors are less ok with the coyotes than they are with a few loud noises, use the full-power loads and kill them cleanly. 1911fan
