    I don't think the form 4 wait vs form 1 wait was really tied to anything other than with the form 1 it was possible to efile. That was the main speed factor and my reason for doing it. Now that form 4 efile is open, and hopefully working soon enough, I don't see as much appeal in the form 1 game.
