Rifle Scopes Leica IBS Reticle Subtensions

Any one know where to locate the subtensions for the Leica IBS reticle? My hunting partner has one and uses the G7 calculator to get the hold overs, but would like to know the actual subtensions for the lines. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Like the brand or hate it, I have a Luminox MODEL: A.1867 Valjoux Field Chronograph. You can get it stainless or with a DLC type coating on a stainless case. Sapphire glass and several band options. I've been wearing mine daily for work and play for about 2 years now. Keeps great time and...

Caliber Options: 18" Bolt Action for Hunting

Another vote for the 6.5x55. My wife loves shooting hers. She uses it for pretty much everything now from pronghorn to deer. Very successfully. We load a 120 Swift A Frame for her and everything she's shot has fallen over DRT. Of course, she is a well practiced marksman and does hit what...

    Blaser Tactical 2 (LRS 2, R93, R8) Loads

Upon inspection of the R8 BOAR stock I have actually owned and been using for nearly a year, I have found there is in fact no accommodation for recoil reducer from the factory in the stock as stated above. However, if one wanted to add weight to the BOAR stock (and I have no intention of doing...

    Blaser Tactical 2 (LRS 2, R93, R8) Loads

There is no BOAR with a steel receiver available. I have a BOAR, however haven't checked whether it will accept a recoil reducer. I was surprised to find out my Pro Success does accept a recoil reducer. The BOAR is a bit heavier than a standard Pro because of the hardware for the vertical &...

Rifle Scopes Nightforce 2.5-10x42 .... This is what was missing !! :)

Here's a copy of the response I made to a dealer about the use of my scopes I received from them. It was made at the same time I ordered my 3rd one of these scopes for another hunting rig. I feel these are a perfect hunting scope for realistic hunting situations. I judge game with my spotting...

Hunting & Fishing Rifle scope question

Like said above, many hunters are way over scoped for their TRUE hunting experiences. My go to hunting scopes are 2.5-10, 3-9 and my pronghorn rifle wears a 3-12. Nothing more than that. Longest shot on game has been 487 and the scope was well up to the task. I prefer to get close enough to...

Rifle Scopes Nightforce 2.5-10x42 .... This is what was missing !! :)

While I really love the 32s, my hunting rifles with the 32s are going to be converted to the 42s all around. The 32s are perfect on the ARs they reside on and will stay there.

It's not the below zero temps, it's the 3-4' of snow on the range that makes the target setting and pasting a REAL chore! My snow shoes don't even help much! And the range is right in my back yard..... I gotta move south! My wife has banished me from the house until my attitude improves or...

My 300 BLK bolt gun started life as a left handed .223 Tikka T3 Stainless Lightweight. Went to my gunsmith and lost the 223 barrel and gained a slightly heavier 300 BLK barrel cut to 18" (Sorry for the crappy photos) It was wearing an Aimpoint Micro T-1 before it got the Leupold MK4 1.5-5...

Rifle Scopes NF 2.5-10x24 Capped Turrets

It was possible with one of my 2.5-10x32 scopes that came with the capped turrets as NF did it for me. Assuming they could do the same with x24 models. Call and ask them.

Rifle Scopes Nightforce 2.5-10x42 .... This is what was missing !! :)

I have extensively hunted the 2 of this model I have on a couple of my rifles this season. I am very impressed with the scope and it's features. It is very clear and bright for lower light conditions, the illumination is about perfect for my uses and I have really fallen in love with the MOAR...

Shop Dog gets in on the action

My old GSP bird dog is near 14 now. I have his grand nephew (4 1/2) and great grand niece (2 1/2) backing him up. The old guy still has the heart and mind to still be great on the hunt, however his body and legs just can't do it. He usually goes out for a short time when we hit the grouse...

    Sidearms & Scatterguns Favorite revolver

My 696 no dash is my favorite woods / hunting carry gun. I have a pair of Ahrends wood stocks on it and it fits my hand very well. Glad I got mine several years ago before their prices went totally nuts. I also have a 3" Model 66 that fits the bill as a great hunting handgun. I also love the...

Aftermarket stocks for a Tikka T3 SA

There are several good options for T3 after market stocks. I have 2 on their way to me. A Manners Hunter light weight for my 260 and a MDT LSS Chassis for either my 308 or my custom 300 Blackout. MDT LSS Chassis for Tikka T3

Rifle Scopes Trijicon Accupoint - Reticle Color

I'm about to pick up a 1-4 with triangle for my little Tikka T3 300 Blackout bolt rifle using some of my Xmas cash! I have been running either an Aimpoint Pro or Micro T1 on it for some time, however I use my 300 BLK AR with a Micro T1 (2 MOA) for both day and night use with my PVS14 set up...

    Tikka T3 Picture Thread.

I have a left handed Tikka T3 Hunter stock I just replaced with a Manners light weight Hunter stock. THe Tikka wood stocks are just fine. Plain Jane straight wood that fitted my T3 very well. Just wanted the 260 to be my lightweight hunter so took the plunge for a Manners. Anyone need a left...

New Tikka t3 lite on the way and a few questions on upgrades

Can't help you with that. Only looked at the LSS, not the tactical. Don't think they currently make the Tactical chassis for the Tikka so I didn't pay any attention to it. From my pics, looks like the LSS is flatter than the Tactical.
