    I had the opposite experience, called them, waited about a minute to be transferred, ordered my action, about 9 months later it showed up , had an extractor issue , called them waited about 4 minutes on hold, told them my extractor wasnt right, had to be modified and they immediately...

    I would like to see a 5x or 6x zoom range , not sure how much that would change the cost and maybe I'm in the minority here but I much prefer a 3-18 or 5-25x and a less busy reticle.
