    Movie Theater Lone Survivor trailer

Hmm I guess it might be a good movie, I guess, and actually think that it was wrong to let the young men herding goats loose, reasons withheld, I guess if the ROE states no harm to unarmed, then that is so, I know, even though I know nothing of the men depicted in the movie that they were heroes...

Care And Feeding Of A GAP 6.5 SAUM.....

I have a quick question, will a Redding Type S die for the 300 SAUM, given the proper bushings work for this caliber? Best regard Chris Disregard above, I have managed to get hold of a set, actually two sets of the correct dies and bushings.

One rifle and only one rifle

I would like a M98 chambered in 308 Win/7,62 side mounted optics, a 1,5-6x42 Hensoldt, I guess that is a rifle that will for ever solid. /CHris

How to Make & Where to Buy 'Big Eyes' : Double Spotting Scope

For ease of transport, I have just bought one of these, eGun, very nice to have out on a hunt, not so good for target scoring even though it will work to. To the poster asking about lasers and IR light, there are filters in most mil optics that do counter the effects of being blinded. As a side...

Rifle Scopes Is the March a large upgrade over the Razor.

I guess it is all about were one shoots and competes then, were I shoot there is but one Razor and a handfull March of different configurations, a few 8-80 ( not very tactical) and some 5-40 and 3-24 scopes, having used and shot with them all, I find it odd that one equates them since they are...

How to Make & Where to Buy 'Big Eyes' : Double Spotting Scope

I do belive that merica did not yet exist when the double barreled shotgun was invented. Right you are, and for those with enough money or need those "big eyes" sure does bring a great value. I am sure a lot of the guys in A-stan or some other shithole really would like that kind of optic to...

Rifle Scopes Is the March a large upgrade over the Razor.

Well it is a good thing this things differ then, one scope has a solid reputation within the BR world for being absolute with tracking and staying zeroed, the other does not, the one has top notch glas, the other does not. The only place these scope do compare is in the QC and costumer relation...

How confidant are you; 3/4 inch consistantly at 100+ yards POLL

I shoot a lot of game with a 22LR, about 5-700 game in total per year, I shoot about 3000 rnds of 22LR a year, I am with Greg on this one for fun, and at times when the stars, and the moon and sun are in correct alignement, I get good hits at ranges beyond 50 meters but still, the 22LR is just...

I have over 3k actually 3 109 rounds through mine Lapua and it is still doing well, however I have been shooting mildish loads with 123 grains Scenar, I guess it is a lot about how it loaded. /Chris

My new Tubb 6xc Redding seater not working as advertised.

Well sleep tight, yeah well modified or not, the "thing" here is that it´s not marring/branding the bullets or that the tips are hurt, and that is a good thing making sure that there is no variation in COL measured over the ogive. Habla englesi is a second language to me however, reading the...

My new Tubb 6xc Redding seater not working as advertised.

Well then, does the tip of the bullet hit the inner top of the stem? That is the thing to avoid, at least that is what I would make sure of. Long bullets are found in 6/6,5/7 mm and if I had bullet tips hitting with a stem from a 6XC seating die, then I would look for a stem from a 6,5 mm tool...

My new Tubb 6xc Redding seater not working as advertised.

I have a Redding 6XC micro seater, it does nothing of that sort or kind, are you running some real (ass) tight neck tension on those cases of yours to have the plunger/stem do that kind of harm to the bullets. I might at times see a faint ring but nothing like that. One guess would be that the...

    The beginning

I was 11, worked all summer to earn enough to buy a Diana model 25 air rifle, before that I know I was four turning five that spring being out moose hunting with my father as he took a moose calf with a majestic shot, I apparently was tugging his coat like a mad man, shoot, shoot, shooooot dad...

Range Report I'm amazed at the difference BC makes

I know a bunch of benchresters, for 100/200 meters/yards, that really never care for es or sd, for the short stuff this has little significanse and they place well shooting, for anything longer than that it is very relevant, regarding the bc question, have you tried to call Sierra about them...

Range Report I'm amazed at the difference BC makes

Diff in speed does not have to equal poor groups at short range, however as you allude to, it will at longer. Still the load will make for a decent training round at shorter ranges. Chris
