    Slight wind, differently cleaned barrel, you have a bad day, comfort level while shooting, etc. .2 difference? That is minuscule when you figure in what I listed above.

    This has been happening in a lot of industries. John Deere has been forcing buyouts on many of their chains to consolidate under single owners. It allows them to price set and eliminate competition between dealers. This is never good for the buyer.
