    Get a Spuhr and be done with it. I wasted a lot of $$$$$ trying to figure out why LM wasn't consistent only to find the scope was sliding in a bad mount. When sending expensive ammo down range, don't skimp on the mount. I have several American Rifle M10 mounts and they are good, too.

    I have purchased 2 Steiner Military, 3 TXi, 2 Bushnell HDMRs, and a Vortex Razor from this site (good god this place owns my wallet). Use common sense, buy a good brand, and pay the 3% to protect yourself if there is the slightest bit of doubt in your mind. Most on here are good people.

    I put a first gen BushnellHDMR with H59 reticle on a RPR .22. It really helps my 7 year old son visualize where he is aiming vs where the bullet impacts. When he gets good at holdovers he will learn dialing elevation and holding for wind.

    I switched over about 8 years ago. I remember how natural it felt within a matter of minutes compared to years of MOA. I will never go back.

    Maybe outer space, but then you will have to figure non-linear dope for slight gravity variations on your 5000 mile shot.

    In reality I rarely go above 15-16x, and end up 10-12 on most shots past 1000.

    Enjoy. They are nice. If it doesn’t have a cat tail you might look into it. The mag ring on mine was insanely tight.

    If SWFA did a small tweak to the reticle and added zero stop I would buy more. It’s a very good scope just itching to break into “great” territory. They are an absolute steal for what they go for in the buy/well section.
