    This is the mount I have on line, in my opinion it is as low as I can use. It came off my SRS-A1 where it served me well for years. I tried to get another but found Sphur discontinued this mount and height, I can't believe that!

    I may, I did make some extra of the harder to make parts just in case. Do you have an HTI or SRS? There is a little bit of difference in length and attachment to the grip. The monopod works so well with this setup too, I have had one on my SRS for several years now, I love how they work for me...

    I got the modifications done and put on, need to get the aluminum parts anodized and the steel parts black oxided yet, all is functional.

    Thanks, I've got get the bipod in and on, make a few modifications, and finalize the brake design. It looks good so far, I will post photos of my HTI when it is finished.

    Great, thanks for the measurements and update. Looks like 25 mm long thread which makes sense, and 28 mm over all muzzle to the shoulder. This helps!

    Since you have your Brake off your 50 barrel, how long is the threaded end from shoulder to muzzle? I am designing a Brake for mine.

    I would think a suppressor could be better than a brake, in that it is trapping gas inside for a longer time, and seems like it would push forward while doing that, but it doesn't redirect the gas and produce thrust in an oposet direction either. You have fired these with brakes, please let us...

    Let me know how it goes, I wondered why EI states on the 50 there is more "perceived" recoil with the suppressor than without it? They dont tell you, you had to remove the brake to use it, I even talked to Dale last week about getting one on my HTI 50, he did say their brakes aren't that...

    I just got a response from DT regarding a suppressor mounting on the 50 cal brake: "Currently we do not have one that will fit on the threads. I had heard silencer co was developing one but I’m not sure if it ever went anywhere. I would recommend reaching out them."

    What you are missing is your 375 /408 barrel has M22 x 1.5 threads holding the brake on. By your measurements, the brake has M31 x 1.5 threads on it that your suppressor screws on. The DT 50 barrel does have M25 x 1.5 threads on it that the brake screws on, the brake has either M36.5 x 1.5 or...

    M25 x 1.5 is larger than M22 x 1.5 by 3mm (.1181") that being said, your 375/408 that mounts over the brake is M31 x 1.5, the barrel thread is M22 x 1.5 so your 375/408 is larger than a direct thread M25 x 1.5 by 6mm (.2362") 1.175"- .896" = .279" by your measurements. We found it!

    From my measurements: OD mic'd 1.433" That would likely be 1-7/16" diameter, however it is also 36.5 mm. The thread pitch gauges at 18 TPI (.0555") and 1.4 mm (.0551") So, 1-7/16 - 18 (inch) Or, M36.5 x 1.4 (metric) By measurements these appear to be interchangeable. I am sure 1-7/16 - 18 is...
