    I am getting an HTI in 50 and would like to put an Elite Iron bipod on it. Which model do you have on yours in the photos above? I would like to have it centered as good as possible around the barrel, which adapter are you using? Any information will help, thanks! Happy New Year!

    I have the gen 1 with the spherical knob. It has always worked well for me. I would kind of like to have all three bolt sizes in this generation with the solid caliber specific heads. Thanks for the info!

    Thanks! It was a lot of fun putting some ideas together and having them work out on the 1022 that I got when I was a kid. The DT monopod for the rapid and fine adjustments, with hardened rods for guides running in ball bushings. This bag rider moves super easy and quick, and really works well.

    That sure was a very nice shot! Do you remember selling me a DT monopod? I don't remember if I ever showed you what I did with it. I put it in a custom chassis I made for my 1022, here's a couple of pictures. I konw it's not a DT, but at least it has a DT part on it!

    If the groups are as good or better than before, I expect you are ok and it did infact nake the difference. If they are larger than normal it may indicate an interference issue.

    Reducing recoil can do that, it changes the muzzle position during projectile exit. Most likely shifting POI down.
