    any good gunsmith should be able to inlet for any of them. don't limit yourself to just the company you buy the stock from unless maybe its manners or McMillan but I thonk they would also have more inlet options.

    .357 Magnum brass trimmed to 38 Special length

    might be worth looking into if you have a surplus of magnum brass but I have much less magnum brass than I do special brass. I had one split on me so far but it was also corroded on the side from years of sitting in a florida garage.

    why not get the stock inletted for the BDL hinged bottom metal for now and then buy a mag system when you can and then have the stock inletted at that time? maybe use a little more money on a nice stock now, then pick up pieces as you go.

    Barrel contours

    ive had 3 Remington varmint contours and a savage varmint. I keep wanting a m24 contour but may stick with the Remington varmint contour as a lot of serious shooters I know keep going to the same or complain about the weight of m24 rifles.     how often are you truly going to be swapping from a suppressor to the brake? I am planning an APA Fat Bastard on my 30-06 build but I think the suppressor would be quite effective as a brake and flash hider :)
