    Black River Tactical chrome lined. I am at 238 on my current barrel (12.5" AR Performance) and have not seen any velocity increase. I expect to see it around 4-500, maybe less.

    @NHPiper That velocity is a bit concerning to me. My 12.5" barrel with AAC 77 OTM is 2601 - 2634fps. Granted slower with other loadings. Does your handload have some room for extra velocity and/or pressure?

    After seeing the excellent pictures from @C_Does, I'm much happier with my newly acquired non-illuminated TMR Mk5 2-10x. More visible at 2x and still very useful at 10x.

    I'm seeing what looks like a ton of tunneling at 2x. Is this correct or just the camera making it look as such? Good looking reticle at 12x.

    Is this barreled action from Brownells? How is the accuracy? Tossing around the idea of getting back into a bolt rifle next year or two and the barreled actions appear to be a good starting point.

    Well yeah, I adjust my AR stock based on position. The A1-3's rear ergonomics are obviously different than chassis systems and vertical grip styles. That is what makes me curious about the "non-prone" ergonomics.
