    MB make GREAT out the box traps, literally clean them wax them and set them. For fox though i would suggest a 450 over the 550 unless you think you might get a few yote/bobcats. The 550 will destroy the foxes feet unless you go with the soft jaw, or add a few extra swivels as its alot heavier...

    Carry On Bag HELP

    ive flown spirit to oakland and myrtle beach from las vegas and have not had issues with a carry on without fee. I usually carry a bag that fits their carry on not the personal bag and have never been charged. Also if your bigger swing for the front seats, they are captains chairs and well worth it!

    Nice glad to hear! sometimes its best to slow down and hit the data with fresh eyes. Also i was in the who the hell is goign to use algebra and geometery in real life (still studied it but couldnt find a practical application) until shooting ahha now im like glad i listened!

    yea op said the temp was the same (im assuming it was ambient air temp and not ammo temp) which is why i asked if it was direct sunlight one time and in the shade another. +1 on the data book every range day im taking my shooting log and chrono. timing is good as the temps are starting to climb...

    if going out for the day XDS 3.3 9mm in a custom kydex holder made locally. Added the PRP spring kit and a pinky extender to smooth the trigger and give me a bit more accuracy. If ill going to be out at night i take my M&P45 with x300 in a raven concealment holster.

    Quick question about shooting 1.5 miles on 338 LM

    look into how to anneal. you can do it with a bucket a socket and a torch. If your not using lapua brass get it. i anneal every 3 firings to be on the safe side i know others go up to 5 but id rather not destroy the expensive brass.

    first time hits at 2000+ yards

    man i wish i could do 92.5, at 92 i get some sticky bolt lift and ejector marks as well as my group goign to absolute crap (5-6 MOA at 100) where as 88grains gives me the best window (OCW) and most accuracy at 3/4 MOA @100 and 200 (backing up to 1k this weekend) im at 2725 FPS with a SD of 15FPS...

    Learned a valuable lesson

    i measure headspace bumping it back .02 after each shot, you should see it grow to a point and stop thats your chambers actual headspace if im not mistaken, from there on you bump .02 back and measure all brass to get it to that length.

    Yea luckily it was only the barrel he did, Smith 2 said threads in the receiver are ok luckily. It sucks more cause it's 18 inch barrel so if the threads are cut and re cut and I have my brake installed on the end I'll be really close to sbr length..
