    30 cases in 1 load with 5 pounds of media in a Thumler? you're wasting time and electricity, IMO. I can do 75 .300 Win Mags in mine or well over 100 .308s. I use hot water, Dawn, and a 9mm case full of Lemishine, and let it run for 4 hours. No carbon left anywhere in the case or the primer...

    That's interesting. I just ruined some brand new Win brass with 71.5 of RL22 under a 208. The primer pockets are so loose there is no tactile resistance when decapping or reseating a new primer. I could almost press them in with my thumb.

    TRG in .300 if you can find one. My 42 is a laser with 208s, I've had it out to a mile. I'm seriously contemplating selling some stuff to fund a .308.

    Yeah...That's not what I meant. I meant, how does that stack up with other shooters using field guns and not dedicated match rifles? I've been beaten in Ftr shooting my 24" 1:12 .308 firing magazine length rounds by a guy shooting a 30" 1:10 firing 208s off of one of those two-foot-wide...

    I shot a 1000x3 yesterday with my TRG-42 .300 off a Harris, and scored 185-1x, 185-2x, and 185-2x. Considering this rifle is NOT set up for F-class, what say the experts here? Decent?
