Maggie’s Most Ridiculous Accuracy Claim You have Seen

Re: Most Ridiculous Accuracy Claim You have Seen I had a guy tell me he was too good for the Marines because he could already fight. He was too good for the Army because they were not tough enough. He told me up and down that he was the best shot around town. I asked him what his best shot...

Maggie’s Motivational speech to Iraqi police

Re: Motivational speech to Iraqi police I was in the Unit 1st ID, 1st BDE, who trained the Mitt teams at Ft. Riley, I remember when this video reached our chain of command. Im sure he had a good reason to talk like that. When I was in Iraq 06-07, almost every time we passed an IP check point...

    small range report (SCAR 16)

Re: small range report (SCAR 16) It is the LT 104. If you want the bolt on the left (with 3" and higher eye relief scopes) you'll need to turn the mount around. I would also look into American Defense mounts such as (AD-Recon-S) for mounting scopes on the SCAR.

    FN SCAR H opinions

Re: FN SCAR H opinions I have the 16s. Trigger is more of a combat/battle trigger, not for a DMR role. I think its alright, maybe im use to it. I believe Timney is either in the process or is thinking of building a trigger. I dont know, just some rumors over at FNforum. I say buy the SCAR.

    M1A

Re: M1A I Don't know what you'll be using it for, but get the M1A. You can use it to hunt as well as have fun at the range. Mounting optics on an M1A can be a bit of a pain with proper mounting and cheek weld issues, and is usually costly. Use the factory iron sights, buy lots of ammo and...

What's the most reliable AR you've ever owned?

Re: What's the most reliable AR you've ever owned? I have a DPMS AP4 that I have had plenty of problems with, and I keep that weapon spotless. (I would much rather have a colt) I also have an FN SCAR 16s and that weapon runs flawless and accurate. Like stated above it will run and run even...

Rifle Scopes **Acog Reticle Chevron vs Horsehoe Green Vs Red**

Re: **Acog Reticle Chevron vs Horsehoe Green Vs Red** I believe the color options would be more of a personal preference. That being said, the ACOG's Ive used in and out of the Army were TA31F's with red chevrons. I personally love that optic and think its great for combat, hunting and target...

Good quality DPMS type 308 BCA

Re: Good quality DPMS type 308 BCA Are you "planning" or do you already have DPMS parts? I would recommend going with ArmaLite parts and a Noveske barrel. Im not a professional in this area at all but I shoot my buddy's and it runs great.
