I didnt wrap at the stall. Just let it ride at about 225 till it hit 200 internal. Could have sped it up, but I had the night to myself, so I just sat with the dog and watched it work.
9.25 lbs from my favorite butcher. 21 hours of smoke and 2.5 hours of rest in a cooler, wrapped in towels.

Look close. Wig wags are in the headlight/taillight housings. By the way they pulled off that maneuver, the amount of them and the familiar look of those trucks, I'd put money on someone in that SUV being a legit bad guy. Not that my opinion counts for much.
