    Oh no. I mean exactly 22.731415926" You see, since 22/7 was the ancient closest approximation of Pi and 3.1415926 is Pi out to 7 decimals, if you construct the barrel length as I specified, your rifle will achieve true enlightenment and you will never miss a target.

    After thinking about it, I can see a possible advantage when shooting into the sun when it's at a very low angle. The narrow long tubes would create a more favorable shading of the lens due to the angles involved. I'm going to have to experiment with my ARD on my USO.

    Yes - if you are getting shot at. I can't think of any other advantage, and it will impact light transmission, albeit minimally.

    Did the same a while back, then bought 500 more from SG Ammo. The UN ammo was bulk packed, the SG ammo was boxed. I've shot a fair amount of the bulk supply with very good results. It clocks about 60 fps faster than FGGM out of my GAP Crusader and groups tighter, but I do see a few flyers.

    Started its life as a 308 but is now a 6.5CR, 26" medium Palma Bartlein barrel. Work done by Mark Gordan at Short Action Customs. It now wears a Hensoldt 4-16x56 with NH1 reticle, and I took off the adjustable cheek rest and replaced it with a Triad pad.
