    There are issues with the sear. I just sent mine in to timney for an upgraded sear. The U sear is longer.

    The SS is pretty close to the razor. I had both ill and non-ill for the SS. Honestly don't care for it to much. If I do use it during low light situations(hunting). I would just keep it on the low side. I would like to get higher end scopes, but my wallet and I are happy with the SS.

    Gunsmithing changing ejection angle on m16 extractor

    After having my barrel spun in and mounting a scope. I tried cycling/ejecting cases.It hits my wind age knob pretty good. Where it dents the case mouth. Then falls back in the reciever. I think I'll take a pencil grinder to it and trim some of extractor.

    700 Long action just sitting around :'(

    I would go with a heavy varmint or maybe m24 in 1/10 twist. To take advantage of being able to use the high BC bullets. Good luck on your build. I have a few R700 LA, and love the .30-06. Cheese, I just added one in the trade section in search of a SA. You had someone wanting to trade you?
