    If you are using the spring from your carbine tube then it is not long enough. A rifle length spring is about 2" longer.

    The mil-spec version is only on the F1, I am not aware of any other models which it is offered. All the rest built the same. And as stated above I believe the difference is an adhesive is used making service difficult if not impossible, possibly done to meet a specific contract requirement?

    This sounds close, I have been unable to get to 1k but my ballistics ae app is tuned dead nuts on my load (g7 model) out to 850 and I need 12.6 to get to 1k @ 2000DA running 2530, so I think you may be running a bit faster than the chrono is saying, perhaps closer to 2565?
