    Could be a problem. Does the elevation turret adjust all the way DOWN to its marked bottom? As was mentioned earlier, did you check to see if your reticle was centered windage wise?

    OCW test

    I like OCW, the main reason is I think because it is a round robin test it makes the effects of barrel heating less likely to effect your results. They both can work well though. okie
