    There is a 1000 yard range north on I-16 about 45 min from Savannah. The place is called Cool Acres outside of Swainsboro and the owner is a member on here. I can get you out to 300 yards at Vidalia which is also also about a 45 min trip from Savannah.

    Since you are asking I would have to say you can not ship. You have to be a certified hazmat shipper to ship through UPS or FEDEX . USPS will not allow powder or primers.
