    And when does the 3 year warranty start?? In the original Terrapins.... It started when the unit hit the distributors shelf and not when it arrived to the end user. So if it sat on the shelf for 6 months, the user got a 2.5 year warranty.... Not the stated 3 year warranty. That's CRAP...
