    Feeler gauges... simple easy and the best way to level the scope to the action. I have done easily 30 scopes this way and they all have come up perfect when I check them with levels, lines, and box/tracking tests.

    In a 24 inch GAP, Bartlein Barrel... I was getting just over 2700. It was a fast barrel. I would guess around 2650 for you. Gather some data at distance and record conditions (mainly DA). With that info use can use any of several calcs to get a solid velocity.

    Merrell Boots. I have used them for years, easily 15+ pairs. Only ever had one pair with and issue earlier than I would expect. I called Merrell and they were replaced for free. They have tons of different types to fit every application.

    I have run the 123smk over 4350 out of my JP LRP07. Best results between 43.5 and 44.0, anything over 44.0 caused a bit of pressure. Within that range of charge and depending upon the rifle you are looking at 2780-2860 fps. 2850fps was about 8.7-8.8 mils to 1K (0DA)
