    The socket /sandpaper combination measures .060" over which should leave .030" clearance on each side. Does that sound about right? more /or less maybe?

    Is that the one inch barrel also? From what I read, this barrel used a Manson reamer for the chamber. Some, they use a PTG reamer whatever that is.

    My measurements with current factory barrel with 1.191" shank comes up to .041" head space. Receiver depth measures 1.233" May explain the tight bolt closing on most ammo.

    Well, it wont be a problem if, it will extract fired rounds or that would for sure, be a problem. I have a small section of fiberglass fishing rod I use to remove stuck live rounds.

    I've been reading up on failure to extract live rounds and in some cases, also failure to extract fired cases. Anyone have this specific barrel? Also have you had the mentioned problems? In this article, it states no guarantee to extract live rounds. I'm assuming, I'll be stuck with it now...

    I got one of these I think it should work pretty well with my Mitutoyo Calipers...
