    Suppressors Form 4 wait time

I just completed a Form 4 with a correction. The form was approved three days after the ATF received the corrected Form 4. I mailed them the form 4, which was received on 3/22 and approved on 3/25.

Suppressors Sandman S POI Shift This Time...All Fixed

The larger diameter Nomad E-Brake on the Sandman is nice because it'll keep the mirage/silencer cover from sliding forward.

    Suppressors Backpressure and suppressor design

Different baffle designs will slow the exiting gasses from coming out the front. This can also cause the gasses to go back into the action. Different angles on the cones, scallops on the surfaces, pass-through holes on the baffles, etc. All change where the gasses can exit. Even looking at the...

    Glades armory read me

Same here, except it was over 3 weeks. Several emails to the guy and he said "Sorry, it'll be in the mail today" and never shipped. Had to get PayPal involved to get my money back and like you, he never responded to the PayPal requests.

    Cancelled my Nucleus order

I think his question was more about the fact that ARC only sells actions and don't offer barreled actions (at least not on their website or anything). He's probably wondering if your barreled action was from Patriot Valley or something.

    Nucleus trigger problem.

I seem to recall my old 510 having a weird issue with the Nucleus when I was hand cycling it. I just popped the trigger on the action and was playing around with it. The next day I installed a Timney CE 2 stage and it worked fine.

What Barloc type to go with Archimedes or Nucleus

I went with the non-shouldered version to open up the barrel possibilities a bit (that is to say off the shelf, not custom ordered barrels. I re-used a non-shouldered savage barrel that I had laying around for example) Other than that, a non-shouldered setup would take a little more time in...

The Geissele trigger has a known issue with the Nucleus. Contact Geissele, send it in and they will fix it. ETA: Beat by a few seconds. LOL

Hello from the Tidewater area. My favorite rings right now are American Rifle Co (ARC) M10 rings. Super easy to set up and the quality is outstanding.

Any particular reason for your preference for AW mags?

    Nucleus Light Primer Strikes

To that end, I really wish there were some better documentation on the action from ARC. Torque specs, instructions on the firing pin disassembly/assembly, etc. Hopefully ARC will come up with something good. The only light strike issue I had had was will some mil type ammo from Aquila with...

My turn for an annoying "which action" thread

Gotcha, I recall reading a thread about that too. As far as I've seen, CRF can be very magazine dependent. Luckily, they will also push feed if there is an issue, so not really any worse than a normal 700 action in the end. My Nucleus is 100% CRF with ARC magazines. I also have a video of my...
