    Re: Remington 700P The barrel length wont really matter, i know guys who shoot 1/2" with 20" and hit gongs at 1000 yards. Its the shooter, the scope, the bullet. I have heard good things about the LTR, so you should be good to go. Give us a range report.

    Re: 600 yard shooting what power setting as previously stated, depends on the size of your target, reticle, what your eye can see. I have a fixed 10x and can see and shoot well out past 800+ yards I do want more magnification, but this is due to older eyes.

    Re: Longrange with a 10/22 Sounds like a bitchen build. I have considered doing something very similiar myself with a 10/22, heavy barrel/tactical scope combo. A low cost alterative to shooting my .308s Sounds like the Dyna ammo is working well.
