    I hunted the foothills quite a bit with my AX, never took it on an actual mountain hunt, but a lot a miles and a lot of vertical at times. First trip sucked but it motivated me to drop some gut fat and hit the weights. Take the AI and go make some memories!

    You sure about that? I was told the A1 is just the same old TRG barreled action in the new chassis which would make it threaded in just like any other TRG.

    Keep in mind, these are Canadian prices, and with the 260 kit I would probably sell the bolt assembly because I already have a 473 A2 bolt.

    The 6.5x47 A1 barrel is $1400 The 260 A1 kit(barrel, bolt, 6 round mag) is $2240 The custom barrel would be about $1430 finished.
