Rifle Scopes Non-tree Reticles in PRS

This is kind of what I figured, but I’m glad to hear it from guys that actually have the experience. I’m going to be going with this: LRD-1P in a Delta Stryker 4.5-30x56

Wow, thank you for all the info! At the rate government moves, I won’t hold my breath until 2020 at the earliest.

Rifle Scopes Non-tree Reticles in PRS

Thanks for the feedback guys, I think I’ll stick with my choice of a non tree reticle. I would like to start training more with dialing elevation and holding wind. The reticle I’m looking at has 0.2 mil hashes on the main cross so I think it will work out well. And, as much as it’s interesting...

Rifle Scopes Non-tree Reticles in PRS

Various forms of tree reticles seem to be very popular these days, and I can understand their merits, Is there anyone here who prefers a non tree reticle for PRS or general long range practical shooting? I’m going to upgrading my scope soon and I get 50/50 recommendations on tree vs non-tree...

    Rifle Scopes New 5-25x50 Vudu

I had not heard of items getting removed, that’s awesome news for Canadians.

    Rifle Scopes New 5-25x50 Vudu

I think it’s the same either way. It wouldn’t be any cheaper because our dollar is in the tank. That plus import and duty fees, it gets expensive pretty quick. I can find most scopes here from online Canadian dealers, just very little opportunity to physically look at something before you buy.

    Rifle Scopes New 5-25x50 Vudu

They’re ITAR controlled. It’s a nightmare. I could not buy one in the states and bring it back in my carry on legally, if that’s what you’re asking.

    Rifle Scopes New 5-25x50 Vudu

I shot with the Vudu recently. It had the H59 reticle... It was okay, I felt like for the money being spent you could end up getting something in a tier higher for little more investment. I was recently in this predicament. I ruled out the VUDU and the Bushnell options early on, Delta Stryker...

    Rifle Scopes New 5-25x50 Vudu

ILya, I just found you’re website a week ago and I was looking through hoping you had already done a review. Oh well, I might have to pick one up before then. Out of curiosity, what would you pick between the Stryker HD 4.5-30 and the Bushnell DMR-ii Pro? I understand they are a bit...

    Rifle Scopes New 5-25x50 Vudu

I’m trying to decide between the Vudu, a Bushnell DMR-II Pro, or a Delta Stryker HD 4.5-30x56 for my Desert Tech SRS. I really like the features on paper of the Vudu, but I have no idea if the glass is better or worse or on par with the other 2.

    Rifle Scopes New 5-25x50 Vudu

Anyone else get their hands on one of these? Still not very much info or reviews out there. What would the glass be comparable to? I haven’t looked through too much myself, but how would the glass stack up against the Athlon Cronus or a Bushnell XRS-2?

Rifle Scopes Short precision scope - Which would you pick?

I know about the 20% rebate already and that’s why I’m trying to make a decision soon. The price of the DMR-2 Pro here normally is $2650, the dealer is giving 15% off, then the 20% mail in rebate brings it down to about $1900 after taxes. The Vudu is Normally $3000 here.

Rifle Scopes Short precision scope - Which would you pick?

The March 3-24x52 is my dream optic and that would fit the bill perfectly. BUT, I’m in Canada, and I’m looking the DMR2-PRO for $1900, the 5-25x50 Vudu at $2400 and the March would be $4600 here, which is simply out of my budget. By a lot. I find ways to save here and there, but I have a family...

Rifle Scopes Short precision scope - Which would you pick?

I am looking for a short precision scope for my new Desert Tech SRS covert and I’ve narrowed it down to the Bushnell DMR-II Pro with G3 reticle or an Eotech Vudu 5-25x50 with H59 reticle. Which one would you pick? I can pick up the DMR-II Pro for $500 less for the next week, so that is...

I’m up in Canada and the cheapest I’ve seen one new up here is $3900. Also, it’s nice and compact but it’s still 2lbs. That’s why I’m looking at the mark 5 so hard, it’s 26 or 27oz.

I went back and forth over a used A1 or a new A2 for weeks. In the end I found a great deal on an A1 Covert and I’m very happy to finally own one of these rifles. The covert chassis is actually brand new with zero rounds through it and it has a Bartlien 22” 308 barrel from Short Action...
