    Looking for pressure/velocity on a 20 Practical 24" AR. 40 gr Berger, H335, Norma USA Brass, CCI BR. Berger manual stops at 24.1gr, Sierra 39gr goes way higher. Started at 23.2 going to 25gr in .2 increments. 5 each. 25gr got me 3630fps with no pressure signs. Looks like I can go higher...

    Wilson Arbor Press w/ Force Measurement

    A tip I got from another member is to dump about half the ceramic balls out. This keeps them from spilling out when inserting cases and gets better distribution when shaking. A dab of graphite goes a long way.

    Trijicon RMR or Crimson Trace laserguard

    RMR. Shoot both eyes open. Focus on the target and bring the dot to bear. Practice, there is a little learning curve. Not a laser fan. RMR should be less than $650.

    Recently got a new Android phone, Strelok Pro moved over flawlessly keeping all my data with smart switch. Not sure if Google supports "smart switch". BTW Igor is still answering emails and has been helpful with reticle questions.

    Most prevelant with slow(er) burning powders and low percentage case fill. Powder ignition is inconsistent. 2 rough schools of thought, one the powder is laying horizontal and the longer area is ignited versus the base of the column. Or possibly the charge ignites and pushes some of the powder...

    These pics are from a range in Monterrey MX. That is pretty much in the middle of town. Rifle went to 600 or 800 if I recall. Bigger scale then most need.

    I would guess as a short action pre accutrigger your bolt spacing is 4.275.

    Why the hate? What are you looking for in options? I went from the original to an old Choate, to the fiberglass (Prariedog tactical), to an XLR. Wanting a removable mag was my driver.

    Handloading log app reccomendation.

    Does any one use an app as a log book for handloading that they would recommend? Not interested in a laptop. I don't want to deal with excel. Would like to be able to do a back up or to transfer data to another device. I've found a couple in play store. Curious what others like or use.
