    Suppressors Threading Barrel

My local gunsmith charged $95 to thread my AR10 barrel. That included a thread protector from Brownells. It actually shoots better with the can attached.

    .45acp case prep

I sorted by head stamp at one time, a waste of time. Never trimmed a 45, or felt the need to. You will lose them before they wear out. Throw out the small primer and " "Amer" head stamp. An occasional split case. Tumble and back in the clean brass bucket for the 650.

Suppressors WTB can for 22lr mag rated

The sparrow is rated for the 22lr, 22 mag, 17 hmr 17hm2, 22wmr and 5.7x28fn per their paperwork. This is the stainless steel sparrow which I have. You can easily take apart to clean. The 5.56 requires another grade of can. Buy a good 22 and a good 30 cal can and you will have most of your...

    Suppressors .22 can worth it?

Get the sparrow, and you will never look back. 2 weeks after I received my SS sparrow I mailed the paperwork for another. Shooting with family, friends and children is so much fun while using a can. We can all talk, tell war stories and don't have to worry about hearing protection. I...

Choice of Primer for .308 Win

I have always used Federal 210M in my bolt action rifles. Never tried anything else. However I do change to the Winchester for my gas gun. I like to think it's a harder primer and may help prevent a slam fire. Your mileage may vary. Have some CCI primers to try in the gas guns, but have not...

Help with some pistol dies, 9mm, 357, and 45acp

I have been using the Lee factory crimp die for years on all of my pistol rounds, 357, 38sp, 9mm, 45acp, 45LC, etc. I also use the Lee factory crimp when I reload for my gas guns, 308 and 5.56. I don't really care for their dies, but really like the factory crimp die.

    GAP 10 - Crimp?

GAP built me a 308 upper about 8 years ago. I have been using a Lee factory crimp on all of my hand loads for this gas gun. A actually use the Lee factour crimp on all of my gas gun reloads. I'm convinced the light factory crimp improves accuracy and consistency. Your milage may vary.

Suppressors $600 to have a trust drawn up?

Cost me $300.00 for a lawyer in Virginia. I never talked to the lawyer, only his paralegal. Never went by his office, all by fax, email and snail mail. The lawyer happens to be a class III dealer. The trust seemed to satisfy the ATF, have 2 cans and a SBR in the trust now. Called around in...

    GAP Built AR10 Upper

I had GAP build an upper with a Rock barrel 4 or 5 years ago and have always shot my reloads. (At the time the upper was delivered in about 2 weeks) Military brass, around 10% less powder because of case volumn, in general light loads, but what a shooter. I just picked up a case of Black Hills...
