    Euro Optic has Sako Grey Wolves in stock for under $1,500. Sako - Sako Gray Wolf - EuroOptic.com For that budget, another option would be to find a good Win pre-'64 donor action and have a nice rifle built off of that. I'm sold on synthetic stocks now, and will not go back to wood.

    Take time to make a good shot, aim for the base of the ear, and don't just blast them. 308 bolt with a 175 SMK is effective. I just posted this for RHunter on another thread.

    SKS, also worth checking the holster to see if it is rubbing or has some grit in it. Just another thought fwiw.

    Looking at the pic, I'd follow the advice, shoot it 500 rounds and send it back. Not sure what Les could or would say beyond what she said that they would take care of you.
