    Range Report Cold bore shot

    OP--any update on this? Many times a shifting cold bore shot can be attributed to either the action not being properly bedded/relieved so that it isn't touching anywhere, or improperly torqued action screws.

    I agree. Sitting in the deer blind I am able to pull up the reticle on the screen, and allow my kid to visually see where to adjust POA in reference to the reticle. Especially useful on a BDC reticle on a simple hunting setup. In this case the reticle picture is worth at least a few dozen...

    This is great advice. It also drives me crazy to know that I am manipulating a known and trusted velocity number to try to get the data to true up to DOPE. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Strelock pro with a suppressor

    Another super quick option is to go to the reticle screen and "twist" the top turret to adjust for whatever MOA or MIL your POI shift is. The reticle will then adjust and show you your POA on the reticle.
