    Re: Lothar Walther vs Noveske or others... I haven't found the Noveske to be any better of a shooter than a LW (both in 5.56), but the Noveske barrels have the reputation for standing up to HARD use. Not sure if that's a factor for you, since most precision shooting doesn't typically see abuse.

    Re: .223 Varget Loads. What? Keep in mind that 5.56-chambered ARs (as well as Wylde, Noveske's NMm0) have higher pressure tolerances than .223-chambered barrels. Therefore 1 person's AR load could be perfectly safe in his barrel, but may cause serious problems in another.

    Re: "Just opened the box" 1st look Falcon Menace 4-14x Agreed with the lack of distance marking being a non-issue. Put a single dot, double dot, etc where you want them. My 5.5-25x50 has very similar glass quality (to me) as my Mk4.
