    I would say 2800-2900 in a 26” barrel was really pushing things considering what most of us get with 140’s in their creedmoors.

    Depends on how much barrel life and how much velocity you want. Check out the 22br thread. Looks very interesting with a simple size down. Or to juice things up, dasher or gt. Alpha makes 22 gt brass if you’re worried about that.

    I will echo that the Nosler 60’s are hammers. I’ve had very good luck with them until my supply dried up.

    I like the 60’s but I havent shot a ton of dogs with them to say if they’re any better than the 53’s or 55’s. A dead dog is a dead dog.

    Is it too much to ask?

    I’ve ran my 16” with 55vmax’s to 700 on a 10” plate without issue. I’m Sure I could have gone further, but ran out of light and haven’t revisited it as I generally shoot my bolt guns.
