    Re: Need a barrel?? i bought an E.R. Shaw barrel and for the money so far they have everyone beat. for what i paid for it it has an extremely smooth bore and well the bottom picture is a 5 shot group at 100 yards that is less than .3 but more than .260. i also have 3 more with similar groups...

    Re: Savage Model 10 - 6.5 Creedmoor...WOW! put mine together from a savage model 10 in .308 with an E.R. Shaw heavy barrel 1:8 twist 6.5 creedmoor with a riflr basix trigger and choate tactical stock. shot the best 5 shot group at 100 yards i have ever shot. cant wait to shoot it out to 1000...

    Re: Dialing in my Savage BA 110 338 Lapua mine loves the 300 smk's i think the 1:9 twist barrel prfers them. mine shoots into one hole from 100 yards with 92 grains h-1000. seriously try the 300's i think it will change your feelings for this rifle. and shoot without the lead sled recoil...

    Re: just put together savage 6.5 creedmoor yep its a choate and its working pertty good too. sorry it took so long bu here is the first group out of it after i zeroed the scope. there were about 6 rounds thru it when i shot this group. hornady 140 gr. a-max factory load.

    here is my 6.5 creedmoor, short action savage, e.r. shaw 26" barrel. its shooting 1/2 moa or less with factory ammo (hornady) and recoil is so light wow !!!! hope to get out to thunder valley soon.
