    I'm with Rob, and also at what distance did you boresight? If it was close, for example 50 ft. the laser would be too low due to the height over bore offset.

    Not based on my experience, only lower magnification or cooler temps. If you're referring to barrel mirage, there are ways to help mitigate such as a suppressor cover but an ARD has never helped me in dealing with mirage of either type.

    Graf and Mid South both have them as an option but both out of stock with back-order eligible so not sure if they ever had any or just have an item number with anticipation. I wonder how fast you would have to push them to take advantage of the BC? Well, hopefully you'll find out!

    An old school term for such an experience is a "lemon" and there's just something about it that can never be rectified no matter what you do. I have several S&B's, all but two purchased used and have never had one small glitch with any of them.

    I'm sure you are absolutely correct, the primary/most valuable quality of the level/mount is used to confirm tracking. I still don't get it but hey, I'm probably much less precise than the people that would actually use and benefit by it. It's obviously well engineered.
