Gunsmithing NFA Question: Would this build constitute a Title II firearm?
It's a go, it can't be listed on the 4473 as "rifle" then built into a pistol configuration as it would then be a SBR. When purchasing a stripped lower everyone I know puts "other" on the 4473.
