    Osprey 45 or TiRant 45 like everyone has said. But since 10mm is a round known for high velocity it kind of defeats the purpose to try and suppress it.

    HK 45 or HK45C would be my first choice in a suppressed 45 pistol. HK USP Tacticals are good guns, but the ergonomics are those of a 2x4.

    The 34 would be quieter due to the longer barrel. I wouldn't be too worried about going supersonic as long as you are shooting 147gr.

    For a 30 cal can it depends on the host platform. I would do a Surefire on a bolt gun, on a short barreled gun possibly an AAC 762-SDN-6.

    No, Aimpoints are serviced out of VA. I've never heard of anyone having problems with Aimpoint service. You truely can't go wrong!

    Bobro makes the best 30mm QD mounts IMO. I'm not sold on the 34mm version just because it seemed excessively heavy to me compared to an LT-111.

    The latest BCM Gunfighter CH also have some "gas busting" abilities. That said, I'm guessing most of the gas is coming out of the ejection port for you... Sounds like you came up with a good fix that also saves you from chasing brass.

    18" on a semi. Although since it's a bullpup you might be able to get away with a 24" without it getting too unbalanced.

    50mm - low rings should do the trick.
