    Re: 308 155 Scenar Load Question I'm running the scenars .005 off the lands, ncboiler is running them at least .090 off the lands. They are very tolerant to jump. Back them off and sneak back up on it.

    Re: Correcting Headspace on a Rem 700 Why do anything... The rifle is in spec and you have brass fired for that chamber. Push the shoulder back .001 lock the die down and load ammo till you shoot the barrel out... Don't overthink the plumbing looking for problem that isn't there... Go...

    Re: Correcting Headspace on a Rem 700 REM308, I'm guessing your rifle was chambered a bit on the loose side.. The measurement from your brass equals what a field gauge would be.. You have to remember that a commercial rifle that has to shoot all kinds of commercial ammo can't have a minimum...

    Re: 308 win to much? If your going to rebarrel it, go with anything in the 6 or 6.5 category and put a brake on it.. When you order a barrel, make it heavy.. MTU or heavy palma

    Re: 7 WSM or 338 Edge LRH rifle? Jeff, Thanks. That's a lot of good info there. I'm doing the same thing as you in regards to owning the reamer and chambering multiple barrels at the same time, only difference is I'm going to try melonite to slow the throat erosion.. Hope it helps.
