    I was kinda having the same issue. I use bushing dies and after sizing the case wouldn't fit over the pilot. I got a mandrel sizer and/or started using a bigger bushing to open it up a little. All was well after that.

    I used an Aero upper and lower with a Wilson Combat barrel and it seems to shoot just fine. @$1600 for the whole thing.

    Suppressors I’m indecisive: Nomad 30 or Sandman S, something else?

    I use a Nomad 30 on my AR's and a Nomad Ti on my bolt guns. Seems to work pretty good. Want to get a Nomad L but already having a 30, not sure the cost is worth it.

    The theory is good for conversation. But you are using a scenario that doesn't exist. You wont be able to consistently shoot close to MOA with a $500 rifle. So it's kind of a mute point.

    You want something like a Remington 770 or a Mossberg. Don't waste your time with anything less. In the mean time you can save for a good scopey thing.

    I believe the ebrake is basically a muzzle brake and works proportionally like any other (most effective on 300wm). I run a Xeno brake with a Nomad 30 w/ebrake on AR's 223/6.5 CM. They work well together for a reduction in recoil. Sound reduction is more subjective.

    I use a Nomad Ti with ebrake/direct thread on my bolt guns. Works great from 223 thru 300 win mag. I like the ebrake. Im not sure it makes it any quieter but it does help with recoil. There is a noticeable difference with the 300wm. I run a Nomad 30 with Xeno mount for the AR's.
