    I got mine 2 days ago. I only put it together, I haven't put powder in it yet. But I did find out that a 1/4x20 bolt fits in the threaded hole in the back. Put some Teflon tape on it so it won't move and use it instead of shims.

    They are expensive at first. But once you have everything then it is very inexpensive. Pellets and slugs are very cheap. And you can still get them.

    I got a few of the Impacts. They are great guns. Only things I don't like is the POI can shift with them and they can be a little fragile with all of the parts that are in them.

    Best Media for Wet Tumbling

    Im with Rustyinbend. Just wet tumble with cases, hot water, dawn and lemishine. Gets the outside real clean and good enough on the indside. It saves a lot of hassle with seperating the pins.

    I think I have tried all the methods out there. Vibratory tumbler, but the dust really sucked. Tried rice in it but they got stuck in the cases. I tried the ground up rice and that worked ok but not great. I tried stainless pins, worked great but a big hassel and I worried about cold welding...

    Stability question

    Well I tested them in cooler than normal temps, so that is a plus. I am not that worried about barrel life, I can switch bullets then or just get a new barrel at that point. But thanks for that info.

    I will be taking some factory 6cm with me as well, along with another barrel for my AI as back up, just in case. I will prob just load up enough for the class and see how it does. I am trying to remember what my load data was. The bullet was the PVA 100gr Seneca bullet. I haven't tried...
