Folding precision stock options with Picatinny interface?

The Cross stock is not attached via picatinny rail. I've not seen any fully adjustable precision style stocks that are, though I thought Black Collar Arms was working on something for the Pork Sword. The MDT XTN interface stocks might be a good candidate to modify for picatinny attachment, if...

Upgrade for Sako TRG - ARCA/M-Lok handguard

GCP Rifle Company in Florida is importing the Vision & Design products to the states, I believe including these. I received an email from Rick recently that his shipment had come in. Might be worth checking with him, if anyone else is interested and doesn't want to order overseas.

    Gunsmithing Revolver question

It's probably fine to shoot as-is, assuming the barrel/cylinder gap is appropriate and the cylinder is in time. There will likely be an offset in the rear sight (assuming it's adjustable) to account for the off center front sight.

    Gunsmithing Revolver question

It can be done, but I strongly recommend an action wrench to fit the frame. I've seen more than one revolver frame "twisted", from improper support while trying to move the barrel.

Gunsmithing Tool to cut bolt face

I have used a re-profiled small diameter solid carbide boring bar for years to clean up the bolt face, but I'd recommend against futzing with getting under the extractor. The riveted extractors are easy enough to replace with a little bit of time, and the non-riveted versions even more so. If...

    Suppressors Rex Silentium??

The MG7 is louder compared to my Omega, on either the 308 or 6.5 Creed I've put it on. With that said, I also have their MGX in 10 baffle, and it performs very well in comparison.

Gunsmithing Changing the threads on a suppressor

It's actually not irrelevant at all. His last post stated: " I might go a different route as I was looking for a suppressor for a lever action in .357 and I could have this .30 can opened up to shoot the .357." I was simply letting him know of the ATF's opinion on "opening up" the can to...

Gunsmithing Changing the threads on a suppressor

Re-boring a suppressor to accommodate a caliber larger than originally manufactured for requires a new stamp, according to the ATF handbook. Just keep that in mind. But picking up a 9/16-24 thread and opening it to 5/8-24 is not a terribly difficult operation assuming, as others have said, that...

    Extremely low muzzle velocity (1350fps)...

That's interesting. I actually had a rifle come in the other day that someone had purchased from a shop across town. Lower end AR, wasn't grouping (actually tumbling) at 50 yards. The bore was as bright and shiny (and smooth) as an off the rack Benelli. Oops. If OP's chrono is measuring his...

    Browning Maximus stock issue

The Browning dura touch was such a problem that Browning had a class action suit against them for it and they offered no cost re-application to a whole bunch of customers.

Reloading Equipment Nosler 6.5-284 brass and loaded ammo

I'd consider it, but don't have a set number in my head. If you'd like to PM me an offer, I'm happy to discuss.

Reloading Equipment Nosler 6.5-284 brass and loaded ammo

I have some 6.5-284 stuff I no longer need Unopened box of Nosler brass, a box of 130 Accubond Nosler Custom (19 loaded cartridges, 1 piece of fired brass), and a box of 120 ballistic tips (19 loaded rounds, missing 1). $155 shipped for everything seem fair? Not sure these days. I had listed...

SOLD Bushnell XRS2 G3 FS or Trade toward H59

Got one on the Midway clearance thinking I'd like the more open G3 reticle, but I can't get away from how easily I shoot the Horus. Shipped to me from Midway 23 January, 127 rounds on a 6.5 Creed in Warne Mountain Tech rings on a GAP rail. I paid $1058.10 plus tax. I'd love to trade toward the...

    Suppressors Rex mg7 358

I'm using Rex's QD HexLug for my 358 MG7 on 9mm, but it's kind of assed backwards in terms of QD mounts. All the heavy, spring components go on the barrel, with just the female receiver into the can. Works well, just looks kind of odd if left exposed. @alamo5000 they use 1.375-24 "Bravo" mount...
