    Little guy gets his first AR shots in !

    That is great! What an awesome way to spend time with the kids. I don't have kids yet but when my nephew and niece are old enough I'd like to take them shooting. I was lucky enough to shoot at a young age. First bb gun at age 5. Ruger .22 not long after that. Cherish the time together.

    I've had 11 surgeries. I agree, occupy your time learning a new skill or shoot pistol left handed. I did some left handed pistol shooting today. Get well soon though Matt, I know how excited you've been to get that new rifle to the range! I don't blame you one bit.

    I have the USO 1.5-6 (SN-4) that I am pretty happy with. I traded it straight up for my ACOG that I had about $900 wrapped up in. I bet you could get one around the Vortex price range, but I am not sure how they compare.

    I have 7+ years here in Kansas City dealing with the finest that society has to offer. Dad had 38 years in law enforcement and just retired in 2012. Congrats on being close to the finish line! It feels like yesterday I was on break in training.
