    I moved on from them for 30 years or so, got the full auto, suppressed and 50 BMG bugs sastisfied and couldn't think of something I wanted that I didn't have so I bought a new airgun for myself for Christmas.

    Just killed a crow at 98 yards with a pellet rifle when I got back from the match today. So a 17 HMR seems to be over kill for that kind of fun.

    Fieldcraft 308 subsonic rifle without suppressor questions

    I run cast and coated 150 grain bullets with 10 grains of Trailboss out of a 308. Without a can it sounds like a 9mm carbine. Has about the same energy too not a lot of difference between a 147 and a 150 at the same speed.

    Old 12v cordless drill, boat winch, string and some other "stuff". You have 2 speeds from the drill and other speed adjustments from the stepped pully you replace the chuck with.

    This was built to keep the fun going. 10 plate rack from 2-6" in diameter. Auto resets when the last 6" plate falls. You could make the reset on the 2" but then folks that can't hit the smaller plates can't have any fun.

    I used EMT for my feet poles, it weighs less than rebar. It is on a pivot so when hit the plate rocks back and the red indicator pops up from behind the flat black one that normally blocks it from view. For large paper or more than one target I generally use this one...

    A sliver of mirror through the ejection port will work on rifles you can't look straight down the bore.

    The wing is bolted to the main bench. Moved it in two sections and bolted them together.

    Built this one for my reloading room. 3/4" box tube truss with 1/8" steel top. Reenforced on the bottom drilled and tapped for the presses with the outlets switched off from a single switch and the air compressor with the other. Rubber padded adjustable feet to level on the bottom.
