    Stainless tumbling options

I built my own tumbler because the small batches out of the thumblers turned me off. The one I built was over 12 gallons. Others clean my brass for me these days but I have gathered up the materials to build a magnetic tumbler, it will be Jan before I have time to stick it together though.

That way my first thought. Maybe you need a harbor freight box.

    And another. Home made casefeeder

Some of the cases in that video are getting over cooked. You don't want the flame to change from blue to orange like that. This is what you want, flame stays blue throughout the process, even color all the way around the case and it is cool enough to hold right out of the flame. This one...

    And another. Home made casefeeder

I built this one out of aluminum, it was a bullet collator in its first life. I just changed the exit and removed the agitators from the inside for collating pistol cases. I make pretty simple jigs to set the spacing of notches like these. Makes the job simple even with manual equipment.

Annealing machine home build help, need servo/motor advice

Yes, it is a DC motor you can get fancy controllers but on mine I just have a dash light dimmer knob out of an '86 RX 7 to adjust down the voltage from a 12v transformer for a dead answering machine.

Annealing machine home build help, need servo/motor advice

That one was likely my original build of this machine. The one above is a video a fellow sent me after he put one together using my "blade". This is the album on the build. Annealer Photos by jmorrismetal | Photobucket There are other machines built with the same part in this thread. Some...

    Anyone Made A Moving Target?

    Homemade Wet Tumbler

Look at the first photo in post 37, the bucket in back with the lid, you can just make out the counter sunk screws that hold the 1/2"x2" plastic strips to the inside of the bucket.

    Homemade Wet Tumbler

I had 10 pounds to start with. It's now at a friends house that uses it and cleans brass for me. This was the last (single) batch I picked up of more than 2000, 45 cases.

    Homemade Wet Tumbler

One I built using 100 lb chlorine buckets. The one mounted to the face plate is just there to nest the other bucket into. 1000 .223 cases literally, is just a drop in the bucket. This is a little over 800 .223

    Auto bullet sizer

I had recycled some parts off of my auto bullet sizer but put it back together today and shot a short video of how it works. It uses the same gear motors as the bullet caster and auto reset rifle targets, so it is pretty slow but they were free and it runs by itself. Click photo to play video.
